Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic math skills required.
Tow motor driving experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Some SAP experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Package and palletize finished products from 15 lb to 2000 lbs into boxes, drums, gaylords, and supersacks.
Clean grinders, extruders, testing equipment and charging equipment.
Sample raw materials and finished goods.
Record batch variables and log data.
Perform work safely and participate in safety improvements.
Follow ISO 14001 environmental procedures and participate in related programs.
Attend Warsaw Plant Programs/Training as required.
Intervene to stop unsafe conditions as part of the safety program.
