Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Columbus, Nebraska is seeking an Operator 1, Machine to perform routine production functions including filling, packaging, inspecting and logging activities under general supervision. The role supports FDA, GMP, ISO9000 compliance and requires teamwork to meet quality and throughput targets.

You will operate and troubleshoot equipment, perform changeovers, line clearances, and basic SAP/MES data entries while maintaining clean, compliant work areas and adherence to safety

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • English required for daily work and safety communications.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Work as one of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods.
  • Perform visual inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Execute changeovers, line clearance and cleaning to maintain production flow.
  • Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment.
  • Maintain quality and GMP standards; log data in SAP/MES systems.
  • Operate lines safely; participate in blitz teams and contribute to root-cause analyses.
  • Support in BDA processes and ensure compliance with training documentation.

  • Work as one of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods, which includes product inspection, operating equipment, raw material and finished goods movements and clean room area and equipment cleaning / sanitizing
  • Perform visual inspections
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment
  • Perform changeovers, line clearance and cleaning
  • Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment
  • Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment through breaks
  • Perform rework
  • Cross train where needed within the department to support the business
  • Maintain all quality and GMP standards
  • May require the use of 10x microscope, calipers, and/or other miscellaneous gauges
  • Participate on blitz teams as assigned
  • Achieving established production goals
  • Ensuring the quality of all product produced
  • Performing quality checks as designated
  • Ability to function as part of a team
  • Processing SAP and MES transactions for department
  • Assisting in the BDA process to identify root causes
  • Maintain compliance with all required document training
