Compensation for this role:$88,000.00 – $110,000.00, commensurate with experience.
On-site - Monday through Friday. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
The Operations Training Specialist designs, implements, and manages the operational training program to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within the aerospace manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for developing training curricula, evaluating operator proficiencies, and conducting periodic process audits. Additionally, this individual serves as a key member for continuous improvement projects related to operational excellence.
While performing the essential duties and responsibilities of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee may regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
