Job summary

GN ReSound is seeking an Operations Trainer to train, coach, and support staff in a manufacturing/warehouse setting. The role focuses on SOP adherence, quality, and safety, while onboarding new employees and driving continuous improvement.

The Trainer will work closely with Operations/Logistics, Quality, and Team Leads to upskill staff, ensure accurate data in systems, and promote a safe, efficient work environment across a warehouse, production facility, and office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with or supporting a Warehouse Management System (D365) preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to lift 25 lb alone and 50+ lb with team assistance.

Responsibilities

• Train, certify, and coach new hires and transferring personnel in day-to-day warehouse processes.
• Prepare, schedule, and conduct hands-on training with related documentation.
• Mentor existing personnel to develop skills, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve overall operations and support process improvements.
• Input, verify, and interpret data in application-based systems; read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
