Job summary

Intellectt INC is seeking an Operations Training Manager to lead training and development programs within a high-tech manufacturing environment in Milpitas. You will support managers, supervisors, and technical/hourly employees to improve skills and performance.

Responsibilities include needs assessments, program design, delivery, evaluation of training effectiveness, and collaboration with management to align training with operational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large manufacturing sites and hourly workforces.
• Strong ability to analyze training needs and develop annual plans.
• Experience with LMS / training tracking is preferred.
