Job summary

MAHLE is seeking an Operations Trainer to deliver structured, hands-on training to new hires in Murfreesboro, TN. This role will demonstrate SOPs, ensure proper tool use, and coach learners on techniques, safety and standard work while tracking progress and providing feedback.

You will foster an engaging learning environment, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with team members in the BU2 Thermal and Fluid Systems group. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate standard operating procedures and proper use of tools and materials.
• Train with intention while instructing new hires on proper techniques, safety protocols, and standard work.
• Observe and assess trainee performance by watching for accuracy, pace, and safe behavior.
• Offer consistent and constructive feedback and tips to help the new hire understand the operations.
• Create a learning space that encourages questions and fosters continuous learning and adaptability.
• Track progress of each hire using DOJO evaluation tools and sign off on skills when demonstrated to standard.

Job Title: Operations Trainer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured, hands‑on training aligned with DOJO curriculum and company standards to new hires.
• Demonstrate standard operating procedures and proper use of tools and materials.
• Train with intention while instructing new hires on proper techniques, safety protocols, and standard work.
• Observe and assess trainee performance by watching for accuracy, pace, and safe behavior. Offer consistent and constructive feedback and tips to help the new hire understand the operations.
• Create a supportive learning space that encourages questions and fosters a positive attitude toward continuous learning and adaptability.
• Ensure floor readiness by tracking progress of each hire using the DOJO evaluation tools. Sign off on skills when consistently demonstrated to standard.
