As part of Encore’s Training and Development team, the Operations Trainer plays a key role in bringing new partners onto Encore’s software applications, systems, and standard operating procedures. Your primary goal is simple and important, make sure users are confident and capable when they log in, click around, and put our tools to work in the field and in the office. You will spend your time where change is happening, inside newly onboarded partner companies, helping teams understand how Encore works, how our systems fit together, and how to use them in a way that enhances productivity and streamlines processes.

Salary commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role. Expected salary range between $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
