Job summary

KeyBank’s Summer 2027 Technology & Services Operations Track Internship in Cleveland, OH offers a 10.5‑week program with hands-on projects, learning labs, and an assigned mentor. Interns participate in business delivery, data insights, and operations across KTS, gaining experience with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.

Qualified students have at least three years toward a four‑year degree, a 3.0+ GPA, and strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least three years toward a four-year undergraduate degree with related coursework
• GPA 3.0+ undergraduate
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or related business software

Responsibilities

• Work on line-of-business projects within Key Technology & Services (KTS)
• Support analytics, reporting and process improvements
• Collaborate with mentors and peers to develop skills
