Job summary

Serán BioScience is seeking dedicated individuals to learn how to become Operations Technicians and Operations Specialists. You will operate and maintain specialized equipment for manufacturing medicines for early phase clinical FDA trials; training is provided, and adherence to SOP and GMP is required.

No experience or education is required. After training, manufacturing teams follow 4/10-hour weekday shifts, with most starting at 6:00 am and some mid-shifts at 1:00 pm.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must be able to follow SOP and GMP.
• Able to work in a team environment and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain specialized equipment for medicine manufacturing.
• Adhere to SOPs and GMP throughout production.
• Participate in initial training and ongoing skill development.
