Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Worker II, Operations for Plant Nutrient at our Arena, WI facility. In this hands-on role, you will receive, store, and apply raw materials and products, supporting packing, shipping, and on-site upkeep to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include basic quality inspections, data entry into our systems, and operating a range of mobile and fixed equipment. You will work under moderate supervision in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years' relevant experience required.
