Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for fleet vehicles, tools, and test equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and calibration.
• Issue and receive tools and equipment per established policies.
• Support Engineering, Project Management, and Logistics with equipment coordination, shipping, and asset tracking.
• Process approved overhead orders through SAP and purchasing procedures.
• Coordinate fleet vehicle maintenance, inspections, licensing, assignments, pooled vehicle usage, and vehicle disposition.
• Verify completion of required driver training and refresher courses.
• Review existing procedures annually and develop new documentation to support operational requirements and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, asset management standards, and operational guidelines.
