Job summary

Woodward, Inc. in Rockford, IL is hiring Operations Technicians to support the Air Valve Production line at the Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park. The role is on 3rd Shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, involving machine operation, hand tools, and inspection equipment to produce quality aerospace parts.

Training for the first two weeks will be on 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm); starting the 3rd week, training may be on an alternate shift for a few months.

  • Level I: Estimated hourly base pay: $19.50 - $21.00

  • Level II: Estimated hourly base pay: $22.00 - $25.00

Woodward is hiring Operations Technicians to support the Air Valve Production line at our Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL. Key Responsibilities:
