Qualifications

• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Must maintain a driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Receive grain and accurately load into the correct bins.
• Prepare grain to ship to named destinations as directed by operations leader.
• Operate scale to weigh inbound and outbound trucks and railcars.
• Operate conveyors and other heavy equipment to load trucks or railcars.
• Operate loader to run and clean out the bottom of the bins.
• Inspect and maintain a clean, safe and productive working environment.
• Maintain equipment and repair as needed such as grease bearings, repair holes, replace belts on motor.
• Read and test sensors and bearings on the Hazard Monitoring system to ensure system is running efficiently.
• Log and report any malfunctions and issues to operations leader.
• Participate in safety program by following all safety policies, and wear proper PPE.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures set forth by the company.
• Work additional hours as assigned and/or during peak seasons.
• Other duties as necessary
