Job summary

Abode Luxury Rentals is seeking a dedicated Operations Technician to join our Park City team. This full-time, in-person role supports daily property management tasks and ensures our homes meet the high standards guests expect.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong work ethic, able to handle physical tasks, multitask, and communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and staff. A reliable vehicle and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable vehicle for transporting items to/from properties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with maintenance tasks or hands-on property tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections to ensure high standards.
• Perform general property management tasks such as snow shoveling, trash hauling, and basic maintenance.
• Execute and manage daily tasks assigned through Breezeway software.
• Fulfill guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and team.
• Adapt to new tasks and changing priorities with a positive attitude.

Your Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Technician to join our team. This role involves assisting with daily tasks related to property management and ensuring our properties maintain the high standards our guests expect. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility, including occasional holiday and weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage physical tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full Time, In-person

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and skillful inspections of properties to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Perform general property management tasks such as shoveling snow, hauling trash, and basic maintenance.
• Execute and manage daily tasks assigned through Breezeway software.
• Fulfill guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and other team members.
• Adapt to new tasks and requests from the team and guests with flexibility and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting items of varying sizes to and from properties.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in general maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs, unclogging toilets, filling water softeners).
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks based on their importance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
