Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Process Excellence, or Maintenance.
• 8-10 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Extensive knowledge of operations from a technical perspective (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, technical expertise, and drive results in operations.
• Drive standardization of best practices for the Maintenance Department.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality Plans.
