Job summary

Gateway Services is seeking an Operations Team Member in Austin, TX, to join our on-site team in a full-time hourly role. You will operate cremation equipment, package remains, and create memorial keepsakes with care and accuracy.

No prior industry experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 6 am–4 pm, 40 hours per week with OT as needed; compensation is $19.00–$20.00 per hour and full benefits are included.

• Attention to detail and dependability are essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a physical role.
• Comfort with standing, walking and lifting throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
