Ingram Content Group in Roseburg, OR is seeking an Operations Team Lead for the Day Shift to supervise the Order Pulling team and ensure smooth, safe, high-volume distribution operations. This role requires a HS diploma and warehouse experience; you will train hourly associates, coordinate workflows, and uphold quality standards while supporting payroll and production systems.

The position offers a full-time schedule Mon-Fri 5:30am-2pm, competitive pay starting at $24 per hour plus DOE, 401(k)

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience with PC based applications.
• 1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• 6 months' work experience involving walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops hourly associates.
• Acts as the department contact for all production systems issues and questions.
• Provides direction and leadership to associates.
• Identifies, communicates, and ensures all quality and productivity standards are met within the department.
• Research issues, problems, or concerns and recommends solutions.
• Meets customer requests, deadlines, commitments, and quality standards in a timely manner.
• Plans and coordinates work activities, overseeing hourly associates to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Coordinates with other departments on workflow activities.
• Assist in administering policy and payroll activities.

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for an Operations Team Leadto contribute to our 1st shiftOrder Pullingteam in Roseburg, OR. An Operations Team Lead supports all operational and administrative activities required to run a department of major warehouse activity.

Schedule:
