Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking an Operations Support at Powell, WY to assist in warehouse tasks, loading and delivering fertilizer and chemicals, and maintaining equipment. The role requires flexibility to work agricultural hours, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience in warehouse settings and basic farm equipment knowledge are pluses; forklift certification is also advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered.
• 1+ years related experience or training as noted in responsibilities.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Willing to work Ag Industry hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse/inventory recordkeeping.
• Load and deliver fertilizer and chemicals to customers; ensure proper loading of vehicles.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic plant maintenance; assist with blending operations.
• Support miscellaneous duties and participate in safety and training activities.
