Job summary

Schneider is seeking an Operations Support Specialist in Green Bay to set up and maintain customer rate and accessorial profiles. The Operations Support Specialist will work with various areas of the business to ensure accurate invoicing of accessorial charges and identify resolutions of customer payment discrepancies.

The role involves executing accessorial-related activities, participating in the customer implementation process, communicating concerns to stakeholders, building relationships

Qualifications

• Associate degree.
• One plus years of relevant work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities at once.
