They exhibit flexibility by assisting in various functions that may entail changing responsibilities. **How You Will Contribute:** * Perform process physical client insurance documents.* Handle documents according to client and company guidelines.* Operation, troubleshooting and basic maintenance of the following office machines as needed: Opex Mail Extractor and Opex Mail Extractor/Scanner.* Consistently achieve departmental standards of productivity and accuracy.* Maintain the security and confidentiality of the facility, computer system, programs, customer and client information. **Skills & Experience to be Successful:** * High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) plus at least one-month related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
