Job summary

ONE Gas, Inc. seeks an operations support professional to ensure accurate, timely documentation of capital construction work and processing of contractor invoices.

You will use JES, Maximo, Oracle, Markview, PowerPlant, ONE Map, BI, SharePoint and Excel to enter data, support forecasting and timely invoicing in a reliable, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Up to two years of relevant experience.
Associates degree preferred in business administration or related field.
Experience reading manuals, forms, maps and reports.

Responsibilities

Compile, reconcile, and complete all tasks associated with contract invoices for construction.
Utilize JES, Maximo, Oracle, Markview, PowerPlant, ONE Map, BI, SharePoint and Excel to enter data.
Assist and support financial forecasting processes by providing timely invoicing.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

Associates degree preferred in business administration, other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related experience.

Experience

This role typically calls for up to two years of relevant experience. (Education can substitute for experience if applicable. Typically, one year of formal education is equivalent to one and a half to two years of relevant experience.)
An understating in use and function of office equipment applicable to position including:
- computers, photocopiers, and applicable software listed under Essential Functions.
An understanding of policies, procedures, and use of terminology applicable to position.
Experience reading various types of manuals, forms, publications, maps and reports.
Experience interacting, advising and communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
Experience composing and preparing correspondence and reports.
Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.

Licenses and Certifications

Mobility to travel in and around office facilities.

Sufficient to perform job duties.
