Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks an Operations Supply Chain Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Wed-Sat, 5:30pm-4:30am) to lead and develop a warehouse team. You’ll drive daily operations, scheduling, and performance coaching to ensure top-notch service for customers.

The role requires supervisory experience, a logistics-related bachelor’s degree, and willingness to work overtime, including weekends. Bilingual abilities and ISO/AS9100 exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• 2 years of relevant work in logistics or supply chain.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scanners; overtime availability.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

This job requires the ability:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
• Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
