Turing is seeking a logistics and operations expert to fine-tune large language model outputs by grounding domain logic in field operations, including routing, scheduling, and inventory considerations. You will translate dispatch rules into deterministic spreadsheet logic and contribute to cost-per-mile and SLA metric evaluations.
The role is a remote contractor position with 40 hours per week, requiring overlap with PST and a commitment of up to 10 weeks.
Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.
Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.
In this role, you will work on cutting-edge initiatives to fine-tune large language models by grounding advanced logistics and supply chain domain logic. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in field operations and fleet dispatch—spanning route scheduling, driver/technician assignment, inventory management, and cost-per-mile optimization—along with the ability to translate operational constraints into deterministic spreadsheet logic. You will play a direct role in evaluating and refining AI-generated tools, ensuring outputs match professional logistics standards.
In this role, you will serve as the logistics and operations expert setting the quality benchmark for supply chain AI applications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
