Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Weekend 2nd Shift to lead a Carrier Procurement team, manage daily freight operations, and drive performance across departments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in transportation, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proven leadership; you will develop carrier relationships and ensure KPI targets are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of transportation-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of non-asset-based brokerage experience.
• Proven leadership and creative thinking skills with the ability to supervise, coach and influence employees.
• Solid experience in management, including prioritizing work and performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
