Job summary

Keystone Clear in Ohio is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee all water transfer activities for a specific operator or account. You will lead a team of Field Supervisors, Senior Water Transfer Technicians, and Technicians—ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining strong customer relations.

This is a key leadership role that rewards experience with a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid out in four quarterly installments.
