Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store readiness, oversee shipment and stock organization, and uphold back-of-house standards.

The role reports to Store leadership and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences. The position emphasizes coaching associates, maintaining safety and compliance, and driving sales through effective merchandising and labor management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.

• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business

• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions

Minimum Salary: $17.25
Maximum Salary: $20.80
