• Controls production and inventory costs by following SOPs.
• Audits service quality regularly.
• Ensures safety, sanitation and compliance with standards.
• Develops strategies to achieve customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Monitors team performance and handles personnel issues professionally.
• Supports training programs to enhance guest service and morale.
• Participates in annual reviews and supports performance feedback.
• Ensures accurate time and attendance records.
• Maintains staffing levels per guidelines and adjusts as needed.
• Train all employees on safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
