Job summary

INEOS is seeking a PZ O perations Supervisor to oversee daily operation and lead a 4 Shift Team Leads and 1 Operations Maintenance Coordinator in Texas City, TX. You will ensure safety, environmental compliance, and efficient execution of maintenance and production tasks.

You will coordinate with management, operations, and maintenance, uphold LIFE SAVING RULES, and drive performance through coaching, training, and corrective actions to meet business objectives while maintaining compliance with

Qualifications

Experience supervising a multi-shift manufacturing team.
Strong safety culture and knowledge of process safety.
Ability to manage performance, coaching, and development.
Experience coordinating with management, operations, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation and prioritize maintenance to meet business objectives.
Lead safety program and enforce Life Saving Rules and process safety standards.
Coordinate communication between management, operations, and maintenance on unit status and reports.
Direct 4 Shift Team Leads and 1 Operations Maintenance Coordinator (and Outside Operators).
Ensure environmental permit compliance and LDAR activities; incident reporting and corrective actions.
Drive incident response and safety system compliance, including JSA reviews and safe work practices.
Develop and implement operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure asset compliance and training through engagement with site resources.
