United Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Kenvil, NJ to coordinate delivery of high-quality service and maximize branch productivity. You will support the Branch Manager to ensure safety, drive metrics, and optimize Rental Flow while delivering strong sales and customer service.

You will supervise staff, coach for improvement, and manage daily operations including quotes, reservations, and contracts in line with policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• 2+ years of supervision and leadership experience.
• Basic knowledge of construction rental equipment industry or related.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with all company policies.
