Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Supervisor, E-Fulfillment to oversee merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network and support retail operations on a Wed-Sat shift. You will lead multiple departments, align with business partners, ensure staffing to meet goals, coach staff, and drive inventory accuracy and service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a distribution warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Understanding of Lean techniques or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Experience with Operations and Operational Support Systems (WMS/WCS/LMS).
• Automated MHE and SQL experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role

As Supervisor, E-Fulfillment, you will support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network.

What Skills You Have

Preferred

• Ability to work under general supervision and use knowledge and experience to provide quality support to the user community

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift.

• Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.

• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 9 hours).

• Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.

• Ability to comply with health and safety standards.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to noise and moderate but varying temperatures

Pay Range: $68,800.00 - $97,700.00
