Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor in the United States to lead frontline associates, drive safety, and optimize warehouse operations. You will coach teams, monitor KPIs, and promote collaboration to improve performance and compliance across the organization.

The role offers a national salary range of $62,500 to $70,000 with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription, discounted stock purchase, 401K and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and guidance, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, promoting heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates to promote transparency.
