Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Last Mile Operations Supervisor to lead a team in Winchester, VA, ensuring safe, efficient operations and high productivity. You will assign tasks, train associates, monitor tool availability, and enforce safety standards on a daily basis.

Compensation for this role is $52,000 - $65,000 annually. The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

Last Mile Operations Supervisor at RXO will inspire associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism, and strive to be error free.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs
• Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong math skills and solid analytical ability
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
