Position Summary

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Operations Supervisor at Atrium Health Union West (1000 Healing Way, Matthews, NC 28104). The position requires a valid ServSafe certification and includes a full‑time schedule with rotating days and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with company, government, and accrediting agency standards and regulations.
• Ensure optimal customer service and client satisfaction.
• Manage costs to meet and exceed stated expectations.
• Oversee operational activities including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and facility‑related responsibilities.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or comparable experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and establish priorities.

Compensation and Benefits
