Job summary

Boston Rescue Mission (BRM) seeks an experienced operations leader to supervise facilities, food service, and maintenance operations in downtown Boston. You will manage staff, schedules, budgets, and safety compliance, ensuring BRM sites run smoothly year-round in service of homeless and at-risk individuals.

The role reports to the President/CEO and offers full-time or part-time options, with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of operational management experience in the industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong reasoning, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations staff in food services, maintenance and housekeeping.
• Manage work schedules, performance, and staffing needs.
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and food service with operations.
• Oversee service contracts and warranties for facilities.
