DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a frontline team in our distribution network. You will coach and develop associates, enforce health and safety standards, and drive warehouse processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

This role supports a national scope with a shift of 6:00pm–6:30am, Friday to Sunday, and requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least one year of leading operations and logistics experience.

The Operations Supervisor role has a national salary range of $62,500 – $70,000.

For roles in California the range is $70,304 – $82,000 and for roles in Washington the range is $80,169 – $82,000.

As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. Your responsibilities go beyond daily management — you will be instrumental in implementing processes to optimize our warehouse operations. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.

Required Education and Experience:
