Operations Supervisor - Distribution at DHL Supply Chain

The national salary range is $62,500 - $70,000. For California $70,304 - $82,000 and for Washington $80,169 - $82,000.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations, implement process optimizations, lead frontline associates, foster a safe working environment, and drive success for DHL.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, providing coaching, guidance, and support while fostering a culture of inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, cultivating a heightened safety culture.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance, identify improvement areas, and provide regular reports to management.
• Promote open communication and collaboration, enabling effective dialogue among leadership and associates.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role (preferred).
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
