Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the distribution network on the second shift. You will lead a frontline team, implement processes to optimize warehouse operations, and drive safe, productive performance across our facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1+ years in a lead logistics/operations position, with experience in staffing, workload planning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role is preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience is preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement; provide regular reports and analysis to management.
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.

Position: Second Shift WB. Operations Supervisor

Shift: 11a-730p, Monday to Friday

The Operations Supervisor role has a national salary range of $62,500 - $70,000.

For roles in California the range is $70,304 - $82,000 and for roles in Washington the range is $80,169 - $82,000.
