Job summary

Victoria's Secret in New York is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations and ensure store readiness in alignment with company values. You will oversee shipment and replenishment, maintain inventory accuracy, and support cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

As a member of store leadership, you will coach associates, execute daily work force management, maintain visual merchandising standards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive exceptional customer service

• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
