We have an opportunity to be part of a winning team, as Supervisor of Operations (2nd shift). This position reports to the Manager of Operations.
The following are the primary responsibilities for this role:
Directs and coordinates work output and performance leading a team of 30+ hourly associates during 2nd shift Operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises 30+ employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; plus 1+ years related experience and/or training
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have some knowledge of ADP Vantage or similar payroll system. Basic knowledge of Microsoft, Word, and PowerPoint software. Intermediate Excel knowledge is a plus (Pivot tables, VBA Programming)
