Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead 20-40 employees across multiple production lines and shifts. You will assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure training is delivered on schedule.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree preferred or 4+ years of leadership and production supervision experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in an FDA-regulated environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, must have a minimum of 4 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills, including communication, performance management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide work direction across multiple production areas.
• Four years of production supervision experience.
• Previous experience in FDA regulated industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership ability.
• Sound judgment and good decision-making skills.

• Assigns tasks and adjusts workloads to meet production goals
• Schedules and monitors training
• Monitors production quality, troubleshoots and resolves problems
• Provides high quality support to their team and across the organization by building strong relationships and knowledge of Perrigo’s policies, procedures, and resources
• Supports, practices and leads a safe environment and culture for the team
• Coaches and develops their team resulting in increased trust, engagement and retention
• Participates in capacity or budget planning, gathers, and evaluates information, and makes and presents recommendations to management

Requirements
