Job summary

Schnellecke Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Kentucky to lead daily warehouse activities, enforce SOPs, and ensure client service levels are met. You will coordinate with shift teams, monitor efficiency, and implement process improvements.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, data entry ability, and basic computer proficiency to support operations and reporting. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Data entry and computer skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and align with the organization’s values, mission and standards.

• Manage resources (people, materials, tools) to support production plan.

• Validate operation plans to meet quality limits.
• Pursue operational excellence to achieve strategic indicators.
• Authorize expenditures within budget and company policies.
• Communicate with Schnellecke Logistics and client management.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety rules.
• Assist with budget planning as required.
• Carry out miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Apply the Core Business Technologies and/or central procedures to the area of responsibility, to ensure the use of best practices in Schnellecke Logistics.
• Implement continuous improvement processes in their area, in order to create more solid and efficient procedures.
• Ensures all warehouse personnel comply with standard operating procedures, personnel policies and workload demands.
• Manage the resources (human, material and tools) in the operational areas in order to support the requirements of the production plan.
• Direct processes within the business unit in order to meet goals of operation service level agreements with the client.
• Validate the plans of action of the operation to achieve the quality limits defined in the business unit.
• Operational excellence for the achievement of its strategic indicators determines necessary approaches focused on the theme of tactical initiatives.
• Authorize the expenditure of the area within the allocated budget and policies of the company.
• Communication to Schnellecke Logistics and client management.
• Continuous focus on fostering a safe work environment.
• Practices safe work procedures and follows all safety rules at all times.
