CI Azumano Travel is seeking an experienced Travel Operations Manager to supervise a team of travel consultants, ensuring top-tier service levels and KPI achievement. The role focuses on coaching, professional development, and applying regulatory knowledge to government travel programs.

You will oversee real-time performance across phones, email, and queues, implement best practices, and drive efficiencies while maintaining compliance with FTR, JRT, and Fly America Act.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years managing global travel services.
• Extensive experience with government regulations including FTR, JRT, and Fly America Act.
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding SLAs related to telephone, quality, and productivity.
• Experience with government travel and global travel requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify and correct issues proactively.
