Red Rock Transportation Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day transportation operations across multiple locations.

You will supervise CDL drivers, dispatch staff, and route execution to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-time service. The role emphasizes compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations, coaching and developing a team, coordinating fleet maintenance, and supporting recruiting and training.

• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum one year verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in transportation or logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Experience with dispatch, routing, Microsoft Office, and telematics.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and on-call support

About this position

Position Summary:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of transportation operations across multiple locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of services. This position directly supervises CDL drivers, dispatch personnel, and daily route operations while maintaining high standards for safety, customer service, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise transportation operations across multiple locations.
• Oversee CDL drivers, dispatchers, route assignments, scheduling, and staffing.
