Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the delivery drivers and warehouse team at our Murray location. The role focuses on inventory management, hiring seasonal staff, and ensuring safety and compliance across facilities and equipment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of leadership in agriculture or related fields, a preferred college degree, and proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, plus the ability to travel and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery drivers and the warehouse team at the location.
• Order and maintain inventory with coordination of the branch manager.
• Assist in hiring seasonal staff and supervise all warehouse staff, ensuring proper training.
• Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs of facilities and equipment.
• Ensure SH&E compliance at the location.
• Ensure paperwork is completed fully and in a timely manner.
• Handle and deliver bulk and packaged chemicals and seed.
• Maintain application maintenance records.
• Operate small mobile equipment (forklift, frontend loader, etc.).
• Dispatch trucks in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Report safety concerns to the branch manager as soon as they are identified.
• Assemble customer orders.
• Plan and develop policy and procedures and ensure team adherence.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of educationand work experience
• College degree is preferred
