About the Role

Are you a proven leader in transportation or logistics looking for your next career move with an industry powerhouse? • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor drivers and helpers to build a high-performing, safety-focused culture.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor route completion, optimize daily container pick-ups, and manage driver scheduling to meet or exceed productivity targets.
  • Safety First: Champion a proactive safety culture through daily check-ins, monthly safety meetings, routine route observations, and swift incident investigations.
