Family Health West seeks an Operations Supervisor for Primary Care to support the Practice Manager with process improvements, staff coaching, training, and daily operations. The role focuses on improving efficiency, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring high-quality patient services.
You will oversee clinical operations, liaise with patients, vendors and physicians, and work with senior leaders to expand business lines and design office procedures to meet clinic needs.
Operations Supervisor for Primary Care will support the Practice Manager of the Primary Care including process improvements, process assessments, process implementation and process training. Improve efficiencies within the flow of the practices via various improvements, monitoring of fill ratios, staff coaching and training and improvement planning. Manage and supervise the operational and administrative functions, activities, and projects of the Practice Management / Physician Services Department. Responsibilities include managing, planning and coordinating operations of the clinic to include: scheduling, supervising, and training all staff, monitoring delivery of patient services, acting as liaison with patients, vendors, staff, and physicians. Work closely with the practice manager and VP of Physician Operations by developing strategies, and dealing with daily operations. Coordinates with professionals ensuring the practice is running smoothly and successfully while also working to expand the business lines. Ensure office procedures are designed and implemented to meet the needs of the clinic
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or equivalentdesired.
Starting wage is $31.25 an hour
