Performance Team in the United States is seeking a full-time, on-site supervisor to coordinate activities of workers handling ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials in a stockroom, warehouse, or yard. The role oversees 20+ employees, plans schedules, maintains safety practices, and resolves inventory discrepancies.

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in a stockroom, warehouse, or yard by performing the following duties.
Directly supervises 20+ employees in the area of Operations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
$62k - $67k annually. The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
