Lunds & Byerlys Burnsville is hiring a Full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for customers. The role operates on a full-time schedule with a wage of $22.00-$24.00 per hour, and shifts ranging roughly from 8:00am to 10:00pm.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in retail or food service preferred.
• Supervisory experience desired to lead front-end teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Supervise and assist front-end operations: scanning, pricing, payment, packaging, checkout concerns.
• Handle bookkeeping and payroll processing tasks as needed.
• Support coaching, mentoring, and training of staff.

is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing Full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 8:00am - 10:00pm.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Operations Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Supervising and assisting front-end operations including:
  • Scanning items
  • Entering pricing data
  • Processing payment
  • Packaging groceries
  • Resolving any checkout concerns
• Bookkeeping and payroll processing
• Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees
