Air Products is seeking a Site Supervisor for the Baytown II Industrial Gases facility in Baytown, Texas. You will lead the on-site operations team, ensuring safe daily plant operations, environmental compliance, and budget management while coordinating with maintenance and engineering colleagues to meet reliability goals.

Air Products Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases, has an opening for a Site Supervisor at its Baytown II Industrial Gases facility.
The Baytown II facility consists of a large Air Separation Unit (ASU), merchant trailer loading, hydrogen PSA Unit and compression, steam boiler and utility systems. The ASU is an integral part of Air Product’s Gulf Coast O2 and N2 pipeline networks and produces Liquid Nitrogen, Argon and Oxygen which are transported to our merchant customers. The Baytown II operations team also provides support for two local satellites in the greater Houston area.
The Baytown II Site Supervisor is part of the Baytown operations leadership team and is responsible for daily plant operations, safety and environmental compliance, budget planning / cost review, and well as employee training and development.
You will report to the Baytown II Site Superintendent and will directly lead the Baytown II operations team which includes operations technicians, maintenance technicians, and contractors. You will work closely with regional maintenance leadership, our Customer Service Center, and regional engineers to resolve plant issues in a timely manner while ensuring the facility meets its safety and reliability goals.
