Job summary

Kellanova is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead Production & Operations in our manufacturing facility. You will oversee daily plant activities with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.

You will optimize schedules, materials, and staffing, coach frontline employees, monitor KPIs, enforce food safety and compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams on capital projects and continuous improvement.
